There have been countless incredible designers throughout fashion history, some of whom have stayed relevant! Everyone knows and loves Gucci, Balenciaga, and Louis Vuitton, but did you know that they were all founded over a hundred years ago? Gucci was founded in 1921, Balenciaga was founded in 1919, and Louis Vuitton was founded in 1854!

Chet Lo
Chet Lo is an Asian-American extraordinaire who produced an incredible, innovative collection this past September. His work is at one simple, vibrant, and form-fitting, and has already made some pretty big waves in the fashion industry.
Very few designers are as talented as Chet, which is why he will be one of the dominant forces of 2022’s fashion game!
Marc Jacobs
Marc Jacobs is a longtime darling of the fashion world and has forged a reputation that will continue to shine in 2022. He has an almost supernatural eye for detail, not to mention bold, eye-catching patterns, and routinely puts out pieces that pop, shine, and split; one of his more recent lines featured solid-colored pieces lined with vertical rows of text that read, “MARC JACOBS.”
Even more impressive, Marc Jacobs is a prodigy; he created his own label at the age of 21, and over the course of his career, he has received a number of honors, including the Perry Ellis Gold Thimble Award. He is also a shameless self-love advocate—last year, he underwent a male facelift procedure and was very transparent about his recovery process on social media. He proved that anybody, including men, can be who they want to be without worrying about being stigmas.

Harris Reed is yet another designer worth your attention. He recently turned heads with his latest gender-fluid piece, which featured an otherworldly golden-feathered halo. His approach is highly focused on structure and emphasizes differing ratios of symmetry and asymmetry. He mostly features simple colors, but his knack for experimentation is unparalleled. If you were wondering, some of his designs could be seen at the last Met Gala!
Harris has clearly set his sights very high, and we expect great things from him very soon. Who knows—he might just become the most sought-after designer of 2022!

Erika Maish produces skillfully crafted, knitwear-like pieces adorned with pearls and beads. She is also a huge proponent of unique colors, patterns, and textures. Kylie Jenner was spotted wearing Erika Maish at the Amangiri resort in Canyon Point, Utah: a two-piece combination made of over 1,000 red-hued glass beads.
