Reopening Gyms:Stay Fit With Safety Measures
Fitness is something about which we all are concerned and worried. Physical fitness is the state of well -being and and good health and it is achieved by proper exercises, workout at gym, good nutrition and sufficient rest. We all know that gyms are closed since march as there is lockdown due to the pandemic. But in unlock 4 Reopening Gyms has started from 7th september , now we all can go for exercises and workout in gyms in routine but along with this we have to be stay safe from coronavirus and for this you have to be careful about some rules that you should have to follow to remain healthy and safe during this pandemic.
1 . Be punctual
You should be careful and punctual about your alotted time . Go on time to avoid chaos and rush at the entry gate of the gym . Ensure that you will maintain distance from other people at the entry and exit time in the gym. Do not reach at the last time and do not hover at the entrance .
2 . Carry your own water bottles
To avoid rush at the water coolers at the gym , try to carry a water bottle with you. Avoid to take that disposals at the gym . Gym is not your home so be careful there about all the things that you’ll be going to use there. Try to carry a yoga mat also for stretching exercises .
3 . Sanitize yourself and the equipment
Before touching any equipment or machine there sanitize it and your hands also and make sure you sanitize your hands after every use and do not touch your your face . Always keep a sanitizer bottle with yourself .
4 . Pack your own sweat towel
Take your own towel to mop your post-workout sweat to avoid infection . Avoid using the towels of the gyms which they are providing and by chance if you forget to take your towel then don’t forget to sanitize their given towel .
5 . Don’t forget to maintain social distancing
As we all know, this is the very important rule for reopening gyms this pandemic and we have to follow this rule everywhere and all the time . So ensure a distance of at least 6 feet from others at the gym .
6 . Wear gym gloves and sweatbands
This can be proved a very good and effective rule in this Reopening gyms time. By wearing gym gloves you can be free by the work of sanitizing the hands and equipments again and again and you can remain away germs and bacteria . It also helps to avoid to touch your face . You can wear arm sweatbands to stop the sweat of your face.
7. Stay at home
if you are feeling unwell If you are feeling unwell, avoid to go to the gym even you should avoid to go anywhere , stay at home. Go to your family health doctor for consultation about your symptoms such as cough and fever .
8. Keep checking your body temperature time-to- time
Everyday before going to the gym , check your body temperature on daily basis . Even it is recommended, that every gym should be facilitate with the body temperature checker at the entrance .
9 . Avoid wearing masks during workout
As it is very essential to wear a mask at public places , but during jogging , running , workout at gyms and during heavy exercises it may lead to barrier for the airflow and increase your heart rate quickly and may be your blood pressure can be fluctuate . Always consult your doctor before wearing masks during workout because it can create problems for you such as dizziness headache and all.
