Step 1. Prepare the Jeep

Step 2. Measure the height

Step 3. Adjust the headlights
- Back up the Jeep 25 feet away from the garage door. When standing in the front of the headlights, you can find there is one notch on per light that allows you to get a tool in to make an adjustment. One adjuster is at the 10 o’clock position on the passenger side and the other is at the 2 o’clock position on the driver side. - Turn on the low beams and then adjust them with a torx T-15 driver. Please note that the beam will be lowered with the notch turned to the left, while it will be raised with the notch turned to the right. When you adjust one headlight, you’d better cover the other with a thick cloth to block the light for an accurate adjustment. The majority of light projected on the garage door should be just below the marked horizontal line.
- Once you finish adjusting both sides of headlights, remove the cloth and make sure two rays of light emitted by them on the garage door are even with each other.
Step 4. Test the result
