Cold coffee is a shake made by blending coffee with milk and sugar. It is a popular cold beverage liked by many people and very much in demand during hot summers. I am sharing the way I make cold coffee, which gives you a Nice flavored frothy layer on top. Much like the cold beverage you get in cafe outlets like cafe coffee day home, we are tea drinkers and not coffee.
While preparing beverages, usually coffee, milk, and hot water is beaten with a spoon, till the concoction becomes light & frothy. Here I have used the blender to do the same job. Making milkshake with this frothy coffee concoction tastes much better, than when you just blend everything directly.
I have used instant powder. you can also make the decoction with any ground coffee beans. For this, you will need to heat water. Then brew through a percolator or French press or even our very South Indian filter.
INGREDIENTS:

2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon coffee

2 tablespoon fresh cream

1 teaspoon Honey

2 tablespoon vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup Ice cubes
How to make:
Step 1: Blend in the ingredients
Put ice cubes in a blender jar and add milk, honey, cream, and about two tablespoons of ice cream. If you don’t have a blender just take a shaker and put milk, honey, cream, and give it a nice stir and then shake it! If you like extra creamy, then you can add some fresh cream and shake it well till it doesn’t get set.
Step 2: Add ice cream and chocolate syrup to relish!
Blend it in the mixer, take some ice cubes, powder, and then pour it in glasses then put a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top it with some chocolate syrup, nuts, and raisins. Relish this recipe with some savory delight!
