2. Set up Your Domain Name and Hosting

Next, you need hosting. Without a hosting provider, your website would not have a place on a server.
You can get really cheap hosting nowadays by just searching Google. It will only set you back a few bucks a month. But you’ll often get WordPress.com for free as a part of your hosting package.
3. Install WordPress
When using a private hosting company like GoDaddy, installing WordPress is extremely easy. Inside your admin, you’ll be shown a list of popular apps that you can install. WordPress will be one of those apps.
Once you’ve clicked to install WordPress, you will need to tell GoDaddy which domain name you wish to install WordPress on.
Often, installation can take up to 24 hours to complete. But once done, you’ll be able to begin building out your website.
4. Choose Your Theme
WordPress offers a lot of themes that you can use. However, most of the stock themes you’ll find lack authenticity. To really stand out, we recommend getting a customized web design.
